Where we deliver

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE — UAE delivery only.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 1–2 days across all seven emirates of the UAE.

Orders are dispatched in discreet, insulated packaging. We will contact you to confirm before dispatch.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders over 1,000 AED across the UAE. Orders under 1,000 AED have a flat 50 AED delivery fee.

Delivery is available within the UAE only.

Payment options

Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or card on delivery.

Returns & damaged items

Because our products are research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a broken seal, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
