Ordering & delivery
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE, typically within
1–2 days, in discreet insulated packaging. See

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over 600 AED across the UAE. Orders under 600 AED have a flat 50 AED delivery fee. Delivery is within the UAE only.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or card on delivery. You confirm your order and we reach out on WhatsApp to arrange delivery.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes — orders ship in plain, insulated packaging with no product details on the outside.
What is your returns policy?
Because these are research compounds we can't accept opened or used items. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a broken seal, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll replace or refund. See

Quality & verification
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. Each batch is third-party tested and comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). You can look up your batch on the
Verify page.
How do I read a COA?
A COA shows the compound's identity and purity (usually as a percentage) from an independent lab. Higher purity and a matching mass are what you want to see.
What purity do you offer?
Our compounds are supplied at high research-grade purity (typically ≥99%), verified per batch.

What is bacteriostatic water and do I need it?
It's sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol used to dissolve (reconstitute) freeze-dried peptides. Yes — you need a diluent for lyophilized vials. Grab it in

How do I work out syringe units?
Use our free

How should I store my vials?
Keep sealed powder cool, dark and dry; refrigerate after mixing and never freeze a reconstituted vial. Full details in the

Glossary — research terms in plain English
PeptideA short chain of amino acids — a small protein-like molecule studied for many biological effects.
LyophilizedFreeze-dried into a stable powder. This is how peptides ship; you add water before use.
ReconstitutionDissolving the freeze-dried powder in a diluent (usually bacteriostatic water) to make a liquid.
Bacteriostatic waterSterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol that resists bacterial growth, so a vial can be used more than once.
Acetic acid waterA mildly acidic diluent used for peptides that dissolve better in an acidic solution.
COA (Certificate of Analysis)An independent lab report confirming a batch's identity and purity.
PurityThe percentage of the sample that is the target compound — higher is better.
mg / mcgMilligram and microgram. 1 mg = 1000 mcg. Vial strengths are usually in mg.
IUInternational Unit — a measure used for some compounds (e.g. HCG) instead of mg.
Insulin syringe unitsA U-100 insulin syringe is marked 0–100 units; 100 units = 1 mL. The calculator converts your target amount into units.
GLP-1A receptor family studied for metabolic and appetite regulation (e.g. semaglutide, tirzepatide).
Stack / blendTwo or more compounds combined — a "blend" is pre-mixed in one vial; a "stack" is separate vials used together.
